1. Order Processing & Shipment Origination

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipment Origination: To ensure the fastest delivery, your order will be shipped from the most efficient location

United States: Typically shipped from our US warehouse via express couriers.

Other Countries/Regions: Primarily shipped from our warehouse in Mainland China via UPS or reliable Special Lines.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timelines

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over USD $200 to most countries and regions.

Remote Areas: An additional surcharge of USD $29 will be applied to orders shipping to certain remote areas. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather, or local holidays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The import policy for your order depends on its shipment origin:

Shipments from US Warehouse (DDP): The product price includes all applicable import duties and taxes. You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipments from Mainland China (DDU): You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. We guarantee that all customs documents are accurately prepared by us.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation
Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us via email at 
sales@helmerelectronics.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipment preparation process. We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.

6. Shipping Issues & Solutions

Lost/Damaged Package: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@helmerelectronics.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. The standard investigation period is 30 days. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility if a package is returned to us.

Unshippable Areas: We currently do not ship to conflict zones and certain remote islands.
