Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our audio products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Conditions for Return
The following conditions must be met for all return requests:
The product must be uninstalled and in its original, resalable condition.
It must show no signs of use, installation, soldering, modification, or physical damage.
All original manufacturer's labels and protective films must be intact.
It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they have a verified manufacturing defect:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Clearance sale items.
Any product that has been installed, used, wired, or shows signs of installation, such as ceiling speakers or wall amplifiers with mounting marks or screw holes.
Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@helmerelectronics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the correct return address, which will be either in China or a US warehouse, depending on your location.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable for non-defective returns. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, a deduction of USD 30 per unit will be made from your refund to cover outbound shipping costs.
Time for Refund: If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us then.
6. Exchanges & Missing Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@helmerelectronics.com
If your package arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo or video evidence of the package and its contents to resolve the issue promptly.
